Talk Description: Only around 5% of the world population speaks English as a first language. Internationalizing software for worldwide use is more difficult than it might seem. In this talk we walk through some of the challenges and some of the best practices.

Speaker Bio: Neil Fraser is a senior software engineer at Google. He's developed synchronization algorithms (Google Docs), block-based programming (Blockly, Scratch), security sandboxing (JS-Interpreter), and more. In his spare time he builds robots and toys for his daughter.
